Too long we have lived in a world where we have had to sacrifice our health, intuition and power as a woman to get to the potential we desire in our personal, professional and athletic lives.
leaving us burnt out, exhausted and disconnected, living a life for others that shuts us down over lights us up.
Watching my clients discover their inner strength, build the courage and confidence to stand out in their unique self-expression, and lead the life that they dream of, feel proud as they get up to big things that they once questioned possible all while doing this in a way that is deeply supportive to their biological needs as a woman, lights up my heart!

I have built the courage to stand in my own knowing and authority, break the rules to carve a new path, to realise that living the BIG life that you desire doesn't require sacrifice, but deeper alignment and balance in your lifestyle.
