When you think of wealth, the first thought that usually flashes into the mind is money.
Many zero's following a number, a fancy house or car, many clothes, lavish holidays etc... This is wealth, but only in the sense of finances or even possessions.
It is no wonder why we are conditioned to view wealth through the lens of money and are in such a scarcity epidemic (hint: you can be financially wealthy and still live in scarcity).
The definition of wealth, as the dictionary states, is:
An abundance of valuable possessions or money
The state of being rich; material prosperity
Plentiful supplies of a particular resource
A plentiful supply of a particular desirable thing.
These definitions, particularly the first 2, imply money and while 3 and 4 start to broaden that perspective with resources and desirable things, we still are far from the ACTUAL meaning of wealth.
When you look back to that origin and Archaic meaning of wealth, it all comes back to HEALTH and WELL-BEING
There are big changes happening on the planet right now. We can see this in the economic structure, industries are rapidly breaking down and changing, the veil that has been pulled over our eyes for a long time is getting thinner and anything that isn't Truth with a capital "T"(divine truth) is starting to be exposed.
As these rapid shake-ups of the way we have been existing continue to charge through the world like a tsunami, it can leave us feeling raw, vulnerable and completely unstable.
This, in a sense, is a great thing, because any veils of deception that you too have been holding about yourself are also being exposed.
All that is not the "T" truth of you is being stripped away by the tsunami of evolution that is upon us, guiding us to grow.
Ultimately, this leads you back to "T" true wealth, W-HEALTH. The well-being of your mind, body and spirit (you can see this has nothing to do with money).
The interesting thing is that the more shaken up and unstable you feel, the more you need to lean on your well-being, your internal balance, which equates to unwavering strength to move through these massive life changes.
This is all happening so that you get to experience WEALTH inside of you instead of placing your safety, security, measures of success, value and worth in possessions, people and titles outside of you.
This is a time of returning to deep authenticity and ultimately, a freedom of being!
Well - Being = Health
A Wealthy - Being
A healthy being = WEALTH
So what does it take to be well, healthy and therefore a wealthy being?
A WHOLEistic approach, a look at your entire being - physically - body and lifestyle, mentally, emotionally and spiritually (energetically).
Bringing all parts of you into balance and harmony creates strength and health. These doings allow you to no longer have to search outside of you for wealth but actually BE WEALTHY.
This is the focus and the answer, moving forward my friend. Let go of the illusion that anything else matters more than your being and return home to TRUTH.
So ask yourself now:
How do you feel/think about wealth?
Where do your priorities lie?
What is "T" true wealth lovingly stripping away from you so that you can experience this truth from within and stop living in the illusion?
STRUGGLING WITH THIS??
This is exactly why I do the work I do to return you to your natural and innate state of wealth.
Before we talk about the top tips for mindfulness, let's talk a little about the mind.
Our thoughts are powerful machines that can be our greatest ally or greatest source of sabotage.
Mindfulness is essentially becoming more aware of that power that the mind has in creating our life, so we may shift our experience of life (our reality).
95% of your mind and where you are creating your life from, is unconscious. You are likely reacting to the world often from the very primal part of your brain that controls fight or flight, the emotional part of your brain or the cognitive part, which is often ruled by logic and is often very limited.
Using the logical part of your brain to become aware of when you are reacting to life from the other two parts of the brain in a way that is unsupportive to the experience you desire to live is a great step to change.
However, mindfulness is actually not about filling the mind at all (I think you will agree with me that our mid's are already extremely full of unhelpful things and to-do lists etc..). In fact, allowing the mind to become empty and still as you stop over identifying with it, realising it is ultimately limited.
The mind we are talking about is called the lower mind and there is a higher mind that we want to start to tap into. Jo Dispensza calls this the superconscious mind. This part of your mind is way more powerful to tap into, create and conduct your lives from. How do you get there??
Here are my top 10 mind mastery tips:
Slowing your breath, slows your racing mind. Focusing on your inhale and exhale gives your active lower mind something to do and allows you to come into the present moment (where you can access the superconscious mind, AKA, the higher mind).
2. Catch the thought!
Can you catch yourself thinking, rather than the mind running it's show all day? Can you actually think about what your thinking about?
"Wow, I was just thinking about how many cucumbers I need for the salad, how ugly those shoes are and what I think my partner was thinking about me last night" all in a few seconds.
Noticing and naming what you are thinking aka catching the thought, allows you to start to become separate in a way from the drama show of thought and observe the insanity that your mind runs on, along with noticing what of those thoughts are helpful to you and what are not.
3. Social detox.
Get yourself off technology, social media and out into nature. It is proven that social media, while extremely helpful in some aspects it is extremely damaging to your health and other aspects of your life.
It creates a mind that lacks focus, is highly distracted, overly stimulated, confused, bored, addicted, dumb, overly influenced and leads to us not knowing who we are, what we truly want and being disconnected to our true needs. Train yourself to focus for longer. Read posts with presence. Take a book outside. Take long periods off technology, get back into nature, allow yourself to get bored so you can rediscover inner connection, intuition, imagination and creation.
4. Get into the body!
The mind isn't the brain. Your consciousness lives in the body and your energetic field. When the mind is running wild, get moving, do exercise, focus on the body, feel where the body is tight, free, hot, cold etc... Find experiences where you can learn to create a connection with and drop into your body. Discover how your body speaks to you too, and the voice inside your head isn't the only one asking for your attention.
Stillness and silence is where it's at! This is tough for an over-active mind and a highly emotional being. Trust me, I resisted meditation like the plague and found it absolutely impossible to start with. I challenged myself to a 100-day meditation challenge and sticking to that changed everything for me.
You have to train your mind, like training a puppy not to pee inside or jump on the couch. It takes persistence and dedication to keep your couch fur free and not smelling of pee.
There are many forms of meditation that will bring so much peace and clarity to your life. Challenge yourself and practice disciplining and training your mind.
Give your mind permission to calm down, let go and be silent. Your mind often doesn't know what to do and has been running free your whole life. This makes it want to and need to stay in control, so giving it permission to relax will take you a long way. Before meditation speak to it out loud, let it know it's safe to be silent and still.

Remember there is a super-conscious part of you that is wealthy, abundant and limitless. If you can tap into this part and learn to let it lead your life, you will always be living the path you were born to walk. You always have a choice about what you are thinking and believing. Choosing your thoughts along with transforming your energy changes your experience of life.
Training your mind takes effort. Be kind and patient on your journey to mind mastery. If your mind gets full and runs away with you, tell yourself it's okay, you are learning and start again. On your journey you will notice this more and more, because your awareness heightens dramatically whereas before you were unconscious of your unconsciousness. Now you are conscious of your unconsciousness. That's progress, even though at the moment it feels like your going backwards, your actually moving forwards, the more you notice the better. Instead of becoming frustrated and impatient, celebrate your awareness.
Sometimes, a strong mind that won't budge needs some support. Energy healing that drops you into the super-conscious mind and works with the distorted consciousness that's causing the full, erratic, crazy mind, allowing it to transform it at a cellular level. This has you much more effortlessly staying in that higher state of mind, allowing you peace, clarity and freedom. If you are really struggling with your mind, remember reaching out for support and healing is a pure power move for your life.
I hope you start implementing these tips straight away! Pick your favourite and focus on that one to start with.

EMOTIONAL EMPOWERMENT 101
What is it to be emotionally empowered and why should you care?
Have you ever felt personally victimised by your emotions? Like they are a roller coaster ride that makes you want to throw up.
Have you ever felt this discomfort in your body, almost an anxiety that needs to be released or moved but unable to shift it?
Have you ever dealt with injuries or sickness that is unexplainable? Or there is an explanation and you are doing all the right things to heal it, but it just isn't working?
Have you ever been in a moment where you burst into tears or into a rage of fury out of nowhere? Often leaving behind a mess with someone you loved that needs to be cleaned up?
All of these reasons and more are why you want to keep reading and become emotionally empowered.
Emotional empowerment is the ability to gain even more personal power and control through your emotional experience. When I say control, I do not mean restrictively suppressing your emotions, but instead of reacting or denying your emotions, consciously working with and learning from your emotional experiences.
This is the ability to remove all shame and stigma around emotions (which we pick up through society and childhood conditioning) and allow yourself to accept, honour and express your feelings in a way that creates deep connection with yourself and others (A.K.A healing). At the same time, understanding and growing from your emotional highs and lows, so they stop ruling your life and you become more balanced and harmonized.
More often than not, intense emotional experiences are linked with your inner child!
Yes, every age you have ever been and all you have experienced is stored in your body, mind, emotions and energy field.
Your emotional body, solar plexus chakra and inner child have a direct correlation to one another. This means that often we are reacting to life from our 5-year-old perspective in highly emotional situations rather than responding to life from our adult selves.
Through emotional empowerment and creating intimacy with yourself and your inner landscape, deep healing work and transformation happens with the unresolved younger parts of you.
Once these parts (your inner child) feel safe and seen, the triggers that you were emotionally reacting to and causing chaos in your life often no longer effect you, because you have taken care of the root cause.
You can switch your perspective and stop thinking of your emotions as bothersome waves of feelings that you have to hide from, and start to think of them as the truth of what they are.
A UNIVERSAL MAILING SYSTEM
Through your emotional landscape, you understand what energy you are holding onto and therefore, how to let it go (going from victim to victor). Your emotions are literally guiding you towards growth and your soul's path.
Here is my 5 step process for understanding what the universal mailing system of emotions is trying to tell you.
1. You get a letter (AKA an emotion) in the mail, make sure you receive it. In other words, accept that you are feeling an emotion/emotional.
2. See that the letter (AKA the emotion) is addressed to you. In other words, owning and stating what you're feeling. Not bypassing the feeling, over analyzing or blaming another for it. Simply state to yourself, "I am feeling......"
3. Open the envelope and look inside. This is allowing yourself to express your emotions in a safe and healthy way, to give yourself permission to feel them and just be with them. Let yourself cry, punch a pillow, scream into a pillow, journal about how you feel while allowing yourself to really feel what you are writing. NOTE: we do not project this onto others. For example, screaming at someone else saying things like you are making me angry, trying to cause others to be emotional to soften your emotions. Another important piece here is that if you want to share and express how you are feeling to another, make sure they are a safe person and can hold space for your emotions with compassion and empathy.
4. Reading the letter. Now you are feeling the feelings, you can start to notice the thoughts and experiences that brought on this emotion and discover a deeper cause for it. HINT it wont be about another person or circumstance but how you think and feel about yourself. You can also ask yourself how old does this emotion feel? You may get a random number, for example, 5, then you know this is your 5-year-old self running the show. In this step, we really read the letter, we get present with it, hear it ,understand it. Speak to the emotions or your 5-year-old self like a best friend that wants to share their heart with you.
5. Respond to the sender. You have already started this process by speaking to and creating a relationship with the emotion. Discovering where it came from and what is really causing the issue. You can now ask what this emotion needs from you? e.g. more compassion and space to feel. You can ask it what it is teaching you? e.g. to build strength in your boundaries, or let your guard down to be supported by others. Make a commitment to yourself to listen to the guidance you have been given and start to practice implementing it into your life.
This is part of the path to emotional empowerment and emotional wealth!
It can be a hard road to start with, as many of us hold onto a lot of shame and fear about certain emotions and live quite a guarded life or, on the other end of the spectrum, are on an explosive emotional roller coaster and feel like there is zero control or balance.
This is something I work deeply with my clients to bring empowerment, clarity and their innate wealth back online in their lives. If you are struggling emotionally, please see my services at the top of the page.
