My Why

DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE

I have always been a go-getter, someone with a a big passion for life and a need to break the so called rules and follow my heart.

I love my passionate, ambitious nature however for many years I didn't know how to balance this and it lead me down a road of destruction and heartache. Then thankfully onto a powerful path of healing and learning.

I wish I knew then what I know now

I would have saved myself a lot of time, pain and money and would have been in a way better and probably further position in many of my dreams today.

THAT IS WHY I AM NOW SO PASSIONATE ABOUT THE WORK I DO WITH MY CLIENTS NOW

Because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did.

I was a solopreneur running a successful 6 figure business' in the fitness and life coaching industry whilst simultaneously chasing my athletic career as a Muay Thai Athlete.

I started to get sick, injured, I had long recovery post fights, I started waking up in the morning feeling hungover (without drinking) life felt like a struggle, my skin suffered, my mental and emotional health started to deteriorate my heart rate was through the roof regularly while I was at rest, I also discovered I had disordered eating and body dysmorphia.

I went down the medical route to check my heart and why at such a young age I felt so terrible (I was the fittest/healthiest I had ever been) I found no answers and not a lot of help on this path.

I ended up barely being able to get out of bed let alone train due to the fatigue and this set me on my path of truly healing in a holistic way.

My life was completely out of balance on many levels and although I had made a lot of positive changes unfortunately it was too late to continue with my love of martial arts, I had to heal!

This was soul crushing for me at the time and I had even more healing on a mental, emotional and energetic level to do!

Fast forward to implementing all the things I had learnt, discovered and embodied I was able to come back to the martial arts world and become a professional MMA fighter and compete on a world stage whilst re-defining an re-building my business and being in love with my body at any weight and size.

My passion and fire for life was back and I felt better than ever!

I want to know you get to do it all, you get to have it all but you need to make sure you are taking care of yourself at a foundational level.

Sometimes we just don't know what we don't know - hence getting assessed and working with someone who has been there! Don't make the same mistakes because when you live right with your body you have the energy to succeed and enjoy life to its maximum and make massive impact!

This is integration and implementation time, where you put your plan to work and reap the benefits in your life. How do we know it is working? we re-assess 6 weeks later and go over the findings together and determine the next steps on your journey

We will jump on an initial ZOOM call to dive into your WHY and what you desire to get out of our time together (Please complete health and lifestyle overview prior to this)
Once you have completed all the assessments you will let me know when they are all complete!
I go to work for you behind the scenes to tune into the science of what is shown through your assessments and the spirit of what we have discussed previously to create your plan in alignment with your needs and goals.(please not during thos time we will likely be communicating via telegram incase i need more specfic information)
Then we have our VIP day together, this is where we go through it ALL, your assessment and plan forward.We will discover together the most important pieces to implement along with future long term changes.
